Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 22 May 2026

By accessing this website and using Weorex International services, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the site and services.

Use of Services

You agree to provide accurate business and contact information, use the platform lawfully, and avoid any activity that could disrupt site operations or compromise security.

General Digital Services Terms

For website development, software development, automation, API integration, and related digital services, project scope, timelines, and deliverables are defined through mutually accepted proposals, statements of work, or written confirmations. Any change in scope may affect cost and delivery schedule.

Clients are responsible for providing timely content, approvals, system access, and feedback. Delays in these inputs may extend delivery timelines. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, source code ownership, deployment credentials, and intellectual property transfer are completed only after full payment clearance.

General Export Trade Terms

For sourcing, merchant export, OEM/private label support, and related trade facilitation services, commercial terms such as product specifications, quantity tolerance, quality standards, dispatch windows, and payment milestones are governed by confirmed quotations, purchase orders, proforma invoices, and shipping documents.

Buyers are responsible for import permissions, destination-country regulatory compliance, customs clearance, and local duties/taxes unless explicitly agreed otherwise. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by supplier lead times, carrier schedules, port congestion, customs actions, or force majeure events beyond reasonable control.

Payments, Cancellations, and Third-Party Services

All fees, taxes, and payment terms must be settled as per invoice terms. Delayed or partial payments may pause active work, production coordination, dispatch processing, or system handover. Cancellation or pause requests after project initiation or order confirmation may attract charges for completed work and committed third-party costs.

We may rely on third-party providers such as hosting vendors, payment processors, logistics carriers, certification agencies, and customs intermediaries. Their service availability, policy changes, or performance limitations are outside our direct control.

Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, visuals, and published materials are owned by Weorex International unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized reproduction or redistribution is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

Weorex International is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of this website, reliance on informational content, or interruption of service.

Policy Updates

We may revise these terms periodically. Continued use after updates indicates acceptance of the revised terms and conditions.
